Why We Invest in Kids
Roofers and athletes have more in common than you might think. Both wake up early, work through discomfort, and learn that success comes from preparation and teamwork. Both know that one weak link affects the entire crew or team. And both understand that showing up — rain or shine — is what separates the committed from the casual.
We sponsor youth sports because we have seen what sports do for young people. They teach discipline. They build confidence. They create friendships that last decades. And in small towns like Shelby, sports programs are often the glue that holds a community together through every season.
Our founder played baseball and football right here in Richland County. The lessons he learned on those fields — how to take coaching, how to support a teammate, how to bounce back from a bad play — are the same lessons that built this company. We pay that forward every chance we get.

We sponsor three youth baseball teams each spring, covering uniforms, equipment, and field maintenance. Baseball builds teamwork, discipline, and patience — values we see every day on our crews.
Youth Football
Richland County Pop Warner
Friday nights in Ohio are sacred. We support the local Pop Warner league with field improvements, safety equipment grants, and sponsorship banners that help keep registration fees affordable for families.
Basketball & Wrestling
Shelby High School Athletics
Winter sports keep kids active year-round. We contribute to the booster club, help fund away-game travel for underprivileged athletes, and provide scholarship support for senior athletes pursuing trades after graduation.
More Than a Sponsorship
Anyone can write a check. We show up. Our crews have rebuilt dugouts, repaired bleachers, and installed drainage systems on local fields at no cost. When a storm damaged the Shelby High School practice field, we were there with tarps and tools before the rain even stopped.
We also make sure sponsorship dollars go where they matter most. We cover registration fees for families in need. We fund equipment grants so every child has a glove, a helmet, or a pair of cleats regardless of their family's budget. And we volunteer at concession stands, fundraisers, and end-of-season banquets.
Our goal is simple: remove every barrier that keeps a kid from playing. If a child wants to be part of a team, we want to help make that happen. The return on that investment is measured in confidence, friendships, and character — and it pays dividends for decades.
