Please read these terms carefully before engaging DR Roofing Solutions LLC for roofing services. By requesting an estimate or entering into a contract, you agree to these terms.
DR Roofing Solutions LLC offers free, no-obligation estimates for roofing services. An estimate is not a contract. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change after the expiration period due to fluctuations in material costs and labor availability.
A signed contract is required before any work begins. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your contract. Typically, a deposit of 30–50% is required upon contract signing, with the balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project. For insurance claim work, payment terms will align with insurance disbursement schedules.
We accept payment by check, credit card, and bank transfer. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee, which will be disclosed in your contract.
DR Roofing Solutions LLC provides a workmanship warranty on all roofing installations. The specific duration and terms of the workmanship warranty will be stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on shingles, underlayment, and other materials are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, acts of God, improper maintenance, modifications by third parties, or pre-existing structural issues not disclosed or discovered during the initial inspection.
If your roofing project involves an insurance claim, we will work with you and your insurance company to document damage, prepare estimates, and meet with adjusters as needed. However, DR Roofing Solutions LLC is not an insurance agent or adjuster. We cannot guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, or specific payout amounts. The homeowner remains responsible for any deductible and any costs not covered by insurance.
Project start dates are estimated and subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, permitting delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any schedule changes as promptly as possible. We do not commence roofing work during unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, snow, ice, or sustained winds exceeding 25 mph.
The homeowner agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and roof area for the duration of the project. We take every precaution to protect landscaping, exterior fixtures, and personal property. However, roofing is a construction activity, and minor incidental damage to landscaping, gutters, or outdoor fixtures may occur. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that are concealed or not visible during the initial inspection.
Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed require a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and total cost. No additional work beyond the contracted scope will be performed without prior written authorization.
Contracts may be canceled by the homeowner within three (3) business days of signing without penalty, in accordance with Ohio consumer protection law. After the cancellation period, deposits are non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual contract.
DR Roofing Solutions LLC's liability is limited to the total contract value for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability for delays is limited to extending the project completion date and does not include compensation for inconvenience, alternative housing, or other indirect costs unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be filed in the courts of Richland County, Ohio.
